We designed the holistic journey of Telepharmacy service from browsing pharmacies, video call with pharmacists, to getting medicine delivered. The UX focuses on how to prevent user drop-off and able to complete the flow smoothly. PharmCare established a strong network of quality pharmacies and is currently one of the leading telepharmacy service provider in Thailand.
