FREELANCE / CONTRACT-BASED ROLE

Responsibilities

• Plan out the information architect and user journey
• Design User Experience using best practices
• Craft User Interface and interaction that is meaningful and delightful
• Conduct usability testing, user research and turn insights into thoughtful design
• Understanding project business goals and objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in UX/UI design
• Detail-oriented and a critical and strategic thinker
• Problem solver and user-centric mindset
• A keen eye for aesthetics and strong visual design skill
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Figma & Design System
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

What you'll do

• Support UX design using best practices and real project constraints
• Help craft UI and interactions that are clear, thoughtful, and visually strong
• Assist in usability testing and research activities, and learn how insights turn into design decisions
• Support on real client projects

• Good visual sense and interest in digital design
• Open to feedback

A few things to know

• Onsite at the studio once per week (Bangkok-Based)
• Personal laptop required
• Full-time commitment for a 3-month engagement
• No visa sponsorship provided

What you'll do

• Support the team with day-to-day digital tasks across projects and studio operations
• Help organise files, content, and assets across tools like Google Drive, Figma, and Slack
• Assist with website content updates, basic CMS tasks, and simple QA checks
• Help with research, data gathering, and documentation
• Learn how a boutique design studio runs behind the scenes

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new ones
• Problem-solving attitude
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Open to feedback
• Basic design sense or interest in UX/UI is a plus, but not required
