anywhere; especially during COVID-19, where travelling is

services. Users can get an instant consultations and medication
delivered for acute illnesses.

We designed the holistic journey of Telepharmacy service from
browsing pharmacies, video call with pharmacists, to getting
medicine delivered. The UX focuses on how to prevent user
drop-off and able to complete the flow smoothly. Pharmcare
established a strong network of quality pharmacies and is
currently one of the leading telepharmacy service provider in
Thailand.
